How has food changed your life?
Over 26 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, acid reflux, depression and IBS.
I was only 16 and the doctor said it was nothing I was doing wrong. She said it was genetics. But let me tell you, I worked at a coffee shop where I always made extra cinnamon rolls so I had extra to take home at night! I also drank a lot of coffee and rarely ate meat.
I decided to change my life and study nutrition in college so I could become a nutritionist to help others heal like I have.
I believe I have the best job in the World!
I get to help people find health and heal their body! I look forward to my work! It brings me SO much joy!
