Pro-tip: Add a touch of flour to thicken the sauce & garnish with parsley.

Ingredients:
1 packet @merchantgourmet Spanish rice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 Linda McCartney Vegetarian Sausages
A handful grated vegan cheese
Fresh herbs for topping
Method:
🌱Cook your sausages in the oven for approx. 10 mins
🌱 Remove sausages from oven and slice them up. Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan
🌱 Add your sausages to the pan and allow to sauté until lightly browned and cooked through
🌱 Add in the rice and mix well; you may need to add a splash of water to help it separate and heat up.
🌱 Once the rice is hot, add to your ovenproof plate/ dish, sprinkle with cheese, and grill for 4-5 mins until the cheese is melted.
🌱 Top with herbs, and if you like, a dash of hot sauce. Then, serve!
