Cheesy Lasagna by @kristysketolifestyle 💕💕💕 📚 Follow 👉 @ketomeal_us for daily Keto recipes 🇺🇸 RECIPE - Makes 8 pieces INGREDIENTS: 2 Cutdacarb flatbreads 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 lb ground Italian sausage 2 cups low carb marinara sauce 1 egg 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning 6 slices provolone cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp parsley STEPS: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Cut 2 Cutdacarb flatbreads in half and lay them on a parchment lined pan. 3. Too then with 1 3/4 cups of the mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake them for 5 minutes, remove them from the oven and then turn the heat up to 375. 5. Scramble 1 lb of ground Italian sausage, drain the excess grease and then stir in the marinara sauce. 6. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg and Italian seasoning. 7. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread a small about of the marinara mixture in the bottom. 8. Layer two cheesy noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the sauce mixture, provolone cheese, remaining noodles, ricotta mixture & remaining sauce mixture. 9. Top it with the remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley. 10. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. BUTTERFLIED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS & CILANTRO SAUCE by @shredhappens 💕💕💕 . 📚 Follow 👉 @ketomeal_us for daily Keto recipes 🇺🇸 . This was a pretty cool technique! The butterfly method helps the chicken cook faster, more evenly, its more flavorful because of the bone, and, lets face it, its a more budget friendly chicken option. . I used an air fryer for these drummies, but you can also use an oven. . Here is how I made it: . 1.Start with 6 chicken drumsticks. To butterfly them, take a chicken drumstick, cut it down the length of the bone with a sharp knife, and use the knife to open it up like a good book. . 2.Add the chicken to a bowl, drizzle with one or two tbsp olive oil, 2-3 pinches of salt, fresh ground pepper (white pepper is best, but optional), 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp oregano or thyme, 1/4 tsp cumin. Give everything a really good massage to make sure the chicken is evenly coated. . 4.Let the chicken soak in the seasoning for about 1 hour if possible, but not required. . 5.I recommend airfrying these at 400F for 15 mins on first side, then flip and airfry for another 10 mins. Time varies by airfryer, so just keep an eye on it. If using an oven, I recommend 425F for about 35 mins (+/- a few mins, until cooked through). Again time varies by oven and you want to get to 165F internal temp. . 6.I topped it with a quick and easy cilantro sauce. In a food processor process together 2 cloves garlic, a large handful fresh cilantro, juice of 1.5 limes, 4 heaping tbsp sour cream, a couple pinches sea salt, and 1 tbsp chile lime seasoning. Process well, then adjust to taste. Salt is key in this recipe. . You can prep more of this chicken and sauce and keep in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week, keep the sauce separate. . COOKING HACK FOR CRISPY SALMON SKIN by @shredhappens 💕💕💕 📚 Follow 👉 @ketomeal_us for daily Keto recipes 🇺🇸 Two key things here - dab that salmon dry on both sides with a paper towel, and two, some parchment (not wax!🙈) paper. The salmon comes out so good. I saw this parchment paper idea on @tobieputtock youtube channel a couple of years ago and it’s truly genius. . Here is how you do it: . 1.Grab your salmon filets, dab both sides dry gently with a paper towel and season them however way you want. My go-to is to rub it with avocado or olive oil then rub in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chile lime seasoning. . 2.Let the salmon sit for 15-20 minutes to soak up the flavors. Grab a pan and get it on low-medium heat. Drizzle in 1 tbsp olive oil, then the real secret is parchment paper. You’ll want to cut some out to fit your pan. Add some oil to the bottom of the pan, add the parchment paper, brush it with 1-2 tbsp more oil. . 3.Add salmon on top of the parchment paper and cook the salmon on LOW for 5-6 minutes, flip, and cook for 4-6 more minutes on MEDIUM heat with crispy skin side up. This time can vary by thickness of your salmon. . 4.I topped the salmon with one of my favorite sauces (recipe a couple posts back on @shredhappens ) , fresh parsley, and lemon. . It is so easy and so good. . ENJOY. . . . . #salmon

Alfredo sauce is so easy to make homemade - make sure to SAVE this recipe for later INGREDIENTS: 1 head cabbage 2 Tbsp Chef Shamy garlic butter 2 Tbsp butter 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup parmesan ½ tsp garlic, minced ½ tsp each: pepper, parsley, & italian seasoning 1/4 cup bacon crumbles Melt butter and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat. Sprinkle in parmesan slowly while whisking until smooth. Add garlic. Remove from heat and stir in seasonings Slice cabbage into 1/2 inch thick sections. Preheat oven or air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Cut a slit down the center of each sausage and spread them open. 3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Colby Jack cheese, diced jalapeños and garlic powder. 4. Fill each sausage with the cream cheese mixture. 5. Wrap each sausage tightly with 2 slices of bacon. 6. Air fry at 375 for 15 minutes or bake in the oven at 375 for 40 minutes or until bacon is crispy. *Mine took exactly 40 minutes in the oven. Garlic herb potatoes - boil baby potatoes with peel left on until tender and drain. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan on the stove top until melted. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sauté the garlic in the butter until it becomes fragrant. Add the cooked potatoes to the butter mixture along with fresh chopped parsley and fresh chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes in the butter mixture until coated. .
