Made a simple keto taco salad for lunch. Ground beef with taco seasoning (whatever you have available), avocado, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onions, sharp cheese, sour cream, and of course.. lettuce and spinach 😂 I used Taco Bell hot sauce packets on top haha 😂 This was around 1000 cals (ground beef has a lot of cals 🥲).
