Meet Coach Jen: •I am a dedicated and passionate individual who wears multiple hats. As a wife and mother of two, I have learned how to balance the responsibilities of family life with my personal pursuits. •I fell in love with weight training about 10 years ago and decided to get certified in personal training. Wanting even more of a challenge, I dove into the world of trail running. •I am proud to say that my passion for trail running has evolved into a love for ultramarathons. Pushing my physical and mental boundaries is something I find incredibly rewarding, and I use this mindset to inspire and motivate the people I work with. •I am now a certified running coach with a focus on endurance & trail running. I have extensive experience in coaching and helping others reach their fitness goals. • I have expanded my expertise into nutrition coaching- with a specific emphasis on fueling for sports performance, endurance sports, and weight loss. •Through my training and experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the dietary needs required for peak performance and have helped my clients/athletes optimize their nutrition to achieve their goals. I was able to join my sister Jamie for her first half marathon trail run! “Half marathon” bc we all know it was a bottle longer than 13.1 miles. This turned into a mud run!!!!! The 50k was cancelled mid-race due to trail conditions. Many participants dropped down to the 10k. We were slipping and sliding all over the place and had a blast!!!!
