Five sake tastings for ¥500 (£2.50/€3/$3) in a train station!🍶 Echigo Yuzawa Station in Niigata Prefecture has a super cheap sake tasting room with a selection of nearly 100 local sakes! Niigata is famous for rice, the key ingredient of sake, so unsurprisingly there are many sake breweries in the region! It’s the perfect place to find your favourite sake! 🌾 The tasting room only costs ¥500, for which you’ll receive 5 special coins and a cup! Most of the sake costs 1 coin with some premium options requiring 2-3 coins. They even have one that requires 10 coins!🤯 Aside from sake, there are a few umeshu (plum wine) options, and even some local wine!🍷 If you’re not sure what to get, there is an English language AI sake sommelier app which can offer recommendations based on your mood/flavour preferences!📱 If you find a sake that you like, head to the shopping area next to the tasting room! They have a wide selection of sake as well as local beers, wine, and shochu 🛍️ Stay tuned for more Niigata recommendations and follow for more Japan gems 💎 📍@ponshukan_yuzawa Echigo Sake Museum Ponshukan, Echigo Yuzawa Station, Niigata Prefecture 👉 1 minute walk from JR Echigo Yuzawa Station ticket barriers 💰¥500 for 5 coins #japantravels #discoverjapan #niigatagram #sake #japanesericewine #japanguide

I knew Japan was beautiful BUT I didn’t know it was THIS beautiful 🥹 There’s endless number of reasons to visit Japan, and this country offers everything for everyone! I can go on and on, but I would like to share 10 reasons why you should visit Japan! 🤍 1. Japan has a rich history and culture and it can be seen from the variety of UNESCO World Heritage Sites across the country. ⛩ 2. Japan is one of the safest countries in the world, and has one of the lowest global crime rates. 3. Japanese people are polite and friendly. Everyone is respectful and also very helpful. 🎎 4. Japan is very clean. You’ll find there is a lack of garbage bins, but Japanese people respect their surroundings, clean up after themselves and take their trash home. 🗑 5. Japan has a lot of unspoken rules and everyone abides to it. Some examples are people do not eat while walking and people line up for public transportation in an orderly fashion.🚶🏻‍♀️ 6. Japan has the most beautiful natural landscapes like the famous Mt. Fuji. 🏔 7. Japan has one of the most efficient and reliable public transport systems in the world, so it is easy to get from one city to the other. 🚄 8. Japan has the most delicious food and it is seen in the wide variety of the many delicious dishes that make up Japanese cuisine. 🍱 9. Japan has beautiful temples and elegant castles across Japan! 🏯 10. Japan is a shopper’s paradise where there are traditional markets selling local handicrafts and souvenirs and shopping streets full of small stalls and vendors. 🛍 ✨Would you visit Japan in 2024?✨ Follow @dearandrea_  for more travel inspiration around the world!✨ • • • • • #cherryblossom #mtfuji #temple #sapporo #kyoto #osaka #nara #travelasia #asiatravel #japantravel #japangram #japantrip #tokyojapan #tokyotrip #traveljapan #tokyo #japan #日本旅行  #東京 #japanculture #japanlife #discoverjapan #travel #travelblogger  #travelguides  #placesoftheworld #traveltagged #travelinspiration #travelreel  #travelreels travel diary, travel destinations, travel japan, travel itinerary, Japan itinerary, reasons why you should visit Japan, sign to travel to Japan, Japan travel, Japan vacation, travel Japan in 2024

This Angyou Sakura, a native cherry blossom to Saitama Prefecture, blooms in between March and April. It’s perfect for those who come too early for the major season but too late for Kawazu Sakura. In Saitama there’re two locations to see this flower. 📍 (in this post) Kitaasaba Sakura Zutsumi Park #北浅羽桜堤公園 22min by bus from Kita-Sakado station 📍(in the previous post) Mitsuzoin #密蔵院 35min by bus from Kawaguchi station It was the peak last week March 20 so I think they won’t last too long. #hiddenjapan #安行寒桜 #nikoncreators #nikoncreators _2023beautifulworld #東京カメラ部
