miso garlic steak bites recipe👇
rib-eye steak, cut into bite size pieces
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
sauce
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 sachet itsu miso’easy
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp water
chopped parsley
spring onion
sesame seeds
Step 1: marinate steak in salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic powder
Step 2: pan fry steak bites in a preheated pan over med-high heat, fry for 1-2 minutes each side, or until your preferred doneness
Step 3: remove steak from pan and add in butter and garlic, fry until garlic gets aromatic
Step 4: add itsu miso’easy, light soy sauce, honey and water and allow to thicken
Step 5: turn of heat, add chopped parsley then return steak bites back into the pan and mix until all coated
Step 6: add steak bites on top of restaurant-style rice, garnish with spring onions, more parsley and sesame seeds.

metal chopsticks
noodles of your choice
toppings spring onion, chopped
step 1: In a pot of boiling water, place the metal chopsticks on top
step 2: place gyozas on top of the metal chopstick then cover with the lid of the pot and cook for 2 minutes
step 3: open and add in noodles, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes (or until noodles are cooked)
step 4: remove gypzas from chopsticks and place them into the cooked noodles & top with spring onions.
