Oven baked cauliflower. You must try it. It is so yummy.
1. Cook the whole cauliflower in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Then drain it well.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the 'sauce'. Add in a bowl, chilli sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix them well. Tips: Make enough to cover the whole cauliflower.
3. Once the cauliflower is cooked and drained, pour 'sauce' over the cauliflower, covering the whole cauliflower. Use a brush if necessary to make sure that cauliflower is fully covered with the 'sauce'.
4. Bake the cauliflower in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 to 45 minutes until cauliflower is soften.
5. While the cauliflower is in the oven: a) prepare 'onions mixture'. Saute the chopped onions and garlic. Add cut chilli. Add sunflower seeds (or pine seeds or any nuts). Stir ingredients well. b) prepare tahini mixture: tahini, soy sauce, and water.
6. Once the cauliflower is ready, pour tahini sauce, then the 'onions mixture'.
