SOUL RITUALS TO CONNECT WITH NATURE
As we move between seasons, we’re reminded that the cycles of the Earth are echoed within us. Our bodies hold the profound wisdom of Nature, as we embrace the ebbs and flows of the seasons.
Rekindle our relationship with the natural world, through cultivating a deeper listening to how the Earth speaks through us.
In this workshop, we step into connection, to self and all of life.

The Art of Shibari : An Introductory Workshop Shibari is an ancient Japanese art form weaving intricate adornments of rope upon the body, in an intentional and mindful manner. Sinking into presence, we deepen our connection to self and others through the conscious act of giving and receiving in a safe space. Embracing the fundamentals of rope art, we will move through theory, safety and beginner ties and patterns. This practice invokes a meditative state, opening a channel of communication beyond words as we delve into sensation and energetic play. An invitation to explore our curiosity, playfulness and sensuality through rope and intention. This space facilitates a deepening into awareness and will leave you with a practice that you can adopt with yourself or share with others. There will be opportunities to self-tie or practice with a partner. Rope will be provided and if you have your own, you are welcome to bring them.

How do you create ripples of inspiration?
We often notice how the smallest acts of another can stir something inside us.
We’re grateful to our friend for inspiring our dedication to saying no to plastic. Or for living with an open heart, reminding us to do the same.
In those moments, we can comprehend the impact of seemingly insignificant moments.
Easy.
But can we do the same for ourselves?
Can we see how we’ve initiated ripples of inspiration?
How do we awaken the unexpected in others?
Allow yourself to be the pebble in the pond.

We are so excited to be running this retreat again!
The combination of activities, exploring nature, meeting like-minded people and being nourished by the most incredible food allowed us all to soften into the space as the weekend progressed.
We tried unfamiliar activities, opened ourselves to new connections, and allowed the land to hold us in moments of stillness.
Expect daily movement, Cacao Ceremony, partner yoga play, connection exercises, Deep Ecology exploration, learning the art of touch through Zenthai Shiatsu techniques, nutritious food, and time to explore the beautiful surrounding nature.
We will be staying at the magical Watagan Eco Retreat. Enjoy 40 acres of private wilderness for the weekend. There’s the option to stay in the house or camp, depending on your needs and budget.
Seeing the friendships continue to grow since the last retreat fills my heart, I can’t wait to witness all the new connections waiting to emerge.

Stretch & Breathe
Release tension in the body, clear the mind and unwind.
In the Stretch & Breathe class, you will be guided through gentle movements and breathing exercises to release and let go of any tension and stress you are holding in your body and wash away excessive thoughts and clear your mind.
This event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy week and focus on your self-care and well-being.
No experience is necessary, just come as you are and enjoy the calming atmosphere.

Embark on a journey with Becc that blends ancient wisdom with modern knowledge. Learn how to utilise sound as a tool for healing, growth and positive change in your life well as in the lives of those, around you.

Our Beginners Package is designed for you, it includes a personal 1:1 Yoga session with HUM co-founder Andrea, as well as a 2 week unlimited Intro Pass to trial as many classes as you’d like and find what works.
Where can you soften?
Self reflection is an opportunity to recognise what parts of our being need more time and space to allow them to grow.
Routine and structure can be fantastic for moving in a direction, though the true magic comes when we balance this with a a bit of spontaneous adventure.
When we hold too tightly there’s less space for light to come in.
Ask yourself:
Where can I soften slightly?
How might I allow for spontaneity?
When shall I create time for slow thinking?
