Spring is the perfect time for mixing up some flavored matcha lattes! Just layer up fruit purée, frothed milk (or non-dairy alternative), and brewed Harney matcha in the glass of your choice. Find flavored matchas at the link in bio.

Ingredients:
-1 C (8 oz) frozen fruit (strawberries, peach, or mango)
-1/3 C (2.6 oz) milk
-1 tsp loose Harney flavored matcha (Very Berry, White Peach, or Earl Grey)
-1 C water
-Ice cubes
Instructions:
-Steep the loose Harney flavored matcha in an infuser with 1 C water heated to 175 degrees for 3 minutes. Let cool.
-While your matcha cools, blend the frozen fruit with a dash of water until a loose puree forms.
-In a separate glass, froth your milk using a handheld milk frother.
-To assemble, first pour in ½ C fruit puree to your drinking glass. Next, pour in 1/3 C frothy milk and add ice. Lastly, gently pour in ½ C brewed matcha. Enjoy!
