My fortune seems to have done a complete 180 in the past three months. How else can I explain the abundance of @happeavegans handmade plant-based meats that landed on my doorstep? This is genuinely akin to winning the lottery, and honestly the same kind of value in my eyes.
There’s simply nothing else like it. Not in the stores, not that I can even make myself. I’m starting slow with their sliced turkey and hot damn, its downright divine. It’s so rich and smoky, tender yet just the right amount of toothsome, thin enough to pile on a sandwich but so substantial that you don’t need much.
Sorry if this is a tease based on its scarcity, but I feel that the world must know of its wonders all the same. I’m still pulling for much wider availability of these savory treasures, if only for my own sake!

I’m slowly, but surely gearing up to bring back WTF we started in 2018……TEXAS 1st vegan butcher! We’ve pivoted to stay alive and we going back, to what we love; which is feeding y’all! I miss my Thursday dates with Mello, seeing Joe and Nicole every weekend, miss watching all my babies grow up. I know this situation isn’t the plan we had hoped for, but it’s keeping us in the game another day to keep working hard to improve all we do. (Most importantly, to see the family)
Tomorrow we will offer the option to order with link in bio, for pick up. Brisket banh mi with my beloved Auntie Lularee’s potato salad. (Did you know I smoked my brisket over 20 hours?) I will have link available by this evening 8pm.
