14 weeks work with
@sophiepd and 14kg shifted 🫡
Pretty seamless process so far. Soph is an absolute savage when it comes to work rate. I actually have to tell her to slow down and stop moving as much as it can take away from her performance in the gym. Not a bad problem to have.
Little 3 day freshen up with reduced step count and a little more food to set us up for the final dig. Once we have achieved the condition we need we can then look at freshening the physique up fully. Removing any stress from high output and bring a fuller package to the stage.
For now it’s back to the dig to bring the best Soph to date 🫡
4.5, 6.5, 10.5 weeks out from our planned shows it’s game on…..
