Seeds and Millet sourdough bread. This weekend's fresh bake.
Sourdough was my happy discovery.during lockdown but lately my starter sat in the fridge feeling unloved and neglected.
But a couple of feeds and some kind words ( yes am a bit crazy like that) perked up the little fella and here we are.... in business again.
Thank you kedar @greencommf for the expert tips and motivation.

Yup! That is totally the sound of my excitement as I dig into this dessert. Burnt Basque cheese cake! Super easy to bake. The hard part is to wait till it cools down before you can dig in.
DM for the recipe.
Herbed Garlic Bread.
Had been fantasizing about this bread for a couple of days. I know it's Monday but I couldn't have waited till the weekend. So seconds after I threw my bag after a hectic Monday at work... I got down to it. And oh! Biting into it was pure bliss.
Thankyou @anuguptabmkt for reminding me of this one. Hope you tried out the recipe.
Flourless chocolate cake again! This one has become quite a hit.across my friend circles. Recipe in my older post. Do try and let me know what you think.

Bang on texture and dangerously deliciy. It's hard to stop at one.
𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆 I enjoyed making this dessert as much as eating it. Whether it was, chopping the strawberries and having those pink stained gorgeous smelling fingers, or , making the lucious red puree , or, having the most wonderful smelling kitchen while the strawberries slow cooked for the jelly.
The toughest part, however, was to wait for this beauty to set. It's a patience challenge!!.......oh the urge to keep opening the fridge to check !
So i decided to tease you a bit. Look at it and wait till I decide to post the recipe 😊
𝑩𝒆𝒍 𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒂𝒕 Bael or Bel juice is a power house of Vitamin C and antioxidants. It is also known to assist in digestion and cholesterol control. Great option for diabetics. It is a great blood purifier and works wonders for skin infections.
Did I mention it is also absolutely delicious. With an earthy woody naturally sweet flavour.
Recipe:
Scrape out the pulp and soak it in water for an hour. Gently squish this mixture through a sieve to get smooth pulp. Add water to get the desired consistency.
You may add sugar if you like it sweeter or leave it out entirely. Same with a punch of salt . But be sure to squeeze some lime into it. Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy a refreshing summer drink.
Drop me a DM if you do try it out.
