The best salt & electrolytes = @redmondrelyte . Code DRJAMES = 15% off. Only drinking plain water is NOT the best way to hydrate. Our body needs electrolytes to hydrate appropriately so that fluid stays in the body and isn’t just peed out in the urine. I start my day out with 1 scoop of @redmondrelyte Hydration with 10-12 oz. of fluid mixed in a blender. Before or after intense work outs (depending how I’m feeling) I hydrate with @redmondrelyte Hydration using 1-2 scoops in 10-24 oz. of water, respectively. 💥 The supplements that have helped my sleep the most include: - Inositol 2-3 grams twice daily (I dissolve the powder in my mouth). I take this at 7 am and 11 am. Gives me energy during the day but I sleep great at night. - Magnesium glycinate/malate 120 mg twice daily - Glycine 3 grams 60 minutes before bed - L-theanine also works at 200-400 mg an hour before bed.
