This has been my go-to 🌿green juice for the last few months. It’s a great way to break your fast and get good hydration started before your morning coffee if that’s your thing.
☕️Coffee will dehydrate you so drinking it first thing isn’t optimal. I will also remove the apples and grapes if I’m going for lower sugar. But don’t be too afraid of fruit sugar. Beware of highly processed, highly concentrated sugar. Good rule: If it grows out of the ground it’s probably ok. (If it’s organic) (it’s sad I need to even add that last bit) If I don’t drink a juice in the AM I will drink at least 15-32oz of water before anything else.
💧Getting water in the body first thing is great because it increases blood flow, improves metabolism (metabolic rate increases by 24%) and flushes the stomach balancing the lymphatic system. A stable lymphatic system will help build a strong immune system, which will prevent us from getting sick as often.
🍏🥒🌿Ingredients: (Organic)
2 cucumbers
5 stalks of celery
1 bunch of parsley
1 green apple
Handful of green grapes
1 lime
Yields around 32oz
In Hindu and Buddhist philosophy, green drinks and green foods in general help balance the 💚 Heart Chakra which is most nourished by phytochemical’s (chemical compounds produced by plants) Green is the most abundant color in nature. Forests purity our air and phytoplankton purifies our oceans. Green foods and juices do the same thing to our bodies. They are detoxifying, deodorizing and neutralizing.

Harvesting peaches with this smushy face! This is the first year our peach tree fruited peaches and we are feeling the abundance. Can’t wait for our apple, pear, and cherry trees to follow suit.

Zephyr Forrest Kronlund
6/8/23 at 8pm
6lbs 8 oz
Zephyr Forrest has arrived. I’m a Dad! I’m still speechless. What an incredible experience. So proud of @erinkronlund for her strength in bringing this beautiful baby boy into this world naturally in our own home. The home birth experience exceeded our expectations and we would do it again in a heartbeat. So much gratitude to our midwives for their incredible support, knowledge and intuition every step of the way, and so thankful for superhero grandparents that drive and fly in a moments notice to help us in every way possible with this new transition. A BIG thank you to all our neighbors who bring us home cooked meals every night and mow our lawn without asking. We feel so incredibly blessed and grateful for all the love and support we’ve received from so many wonderful people. What a gift. Erin and I are so excited for this new chapter of wild baby adventures to unfold.
Only a month away until we meet our baby boy. This is a slat wall I created for his nursery. It was a really fun project minus all the sanding it took to get there. Really happy with how it came out. After about a month of prep work it’s finally finished. We are on the edge of our seats waiting for him to arrive. This kid is already loved by so many people and I just can’t wait to hold him in my arms. Life is such a wild journey and I’m excited for this next chapter to unfold.

Pinocchio = Pine eye 👁️ / Pineal gland
The Fairy confers to Pinocchio the gift of life and free will. Although he is alive, he is not a yet a “real boy”. Mystery schools teach that real life only starts after illumination. Everything prior to this is nothing but slow decay. When Pinocchio asks “Am I a real boy?“, the Fairy replies “No, Pinocchio. To make Geppetto’s wish come true will be entirely up to you. Prove yourself brave, truthful and unselfish and someday you will be a real boy“.
This theme of self-reliance and self-improvement is strongly inspired by Gnostic/Masonic teachings: spiritual salvation is something that has to be deserved through self-discipline, self-knowledge and intense willpower. Masons symbolize this process with the allegory of the Rough and Perfect Ashlar.
The same way Masons represent the process of illumination by the transformation of a rough stone into a smooth one, Pinocchio starts out his journey as a rough piece of wood and will seek to smooth out his edges to finally become a real boy. Nothing is however handed out to him. An inner-alchemical process needs to take place in order for him to be worthy of illumination. He has to go through life, fight its temptations, and, using his conscience (embodied by Jiminy Cricket), he has to find the right path. The first step is to go to school (symbolizing knowledge). After that, life’s temptations rapidly come across Pinocchio’s path.
Pinocchio went through the hardships of initiation and came out of the darkness of ignorance. He emerges from tomb resurrected, like Jesus Christ. He is now a “real boy”, an illuminated man who broke the shackles of material life to embrace his higher self. Jiminy Cricket receives a solid gold badge from the Fairy, representing the success of the alchemical process of transforming Pinocchio’s conscience from a crude metal to gold. The “Great Work” has been accomplished.
