Fitness Plateau & Me are besties lately… let’s RESET
Update: I am fully aware I’ve been throwing off my cortisol levels with stress with selling our house and losing the one we were under contract on. I’m also coming off of some hormone medications and leveling back out, which has had me retaining water, dealing with hormonal weight gain, and my face breaking out, fun 😑.
SO, I’m in a RESET stage and these are the newest things I’m implementing and it is working for me so far. (1 week in)
➡️ Intermittent fasting - 16 hours - no eating after 7 pm and lunch at 11
➡️ Off medications
➡️ Gut health reset on point with
@thehappymammoth
➡️ No more Coffee in the morning 😳 made the switch to
@ryzesuperfoods and haven’t looked back
