GRATITUDE⁣ ⁣ Do you practice regularly gratitude ?⁣ ⁣ Since about 3 years I practice gratitude and write down in a book 3 things about my day I am thankful for.⁣ ⁣ This practice helped my so so much to feel happier, more positive. Indeed before I started yoga and this gratitude practice I was always negative and complaining about everything. ⁣ ⁣ But the journaling helped me noticing all the things I have and that I can be happy about. It brought me to see in a different way the simple things, and find happiness in them. And it is such a beautiful feeling to feel happy and grateful for little things.⁣ ⁣ You life is filled with treasures ! Whether it is by taking big steps or tiptoeing slowly, keep going and create a beautiful life for yourself. 💗⁣ ⁣ We can’t influence everything but we can do so much to go towards the right direction and bring positive changes to our life. They do not need to be big. Small changes can have such huge impact already !⁣ ⁣ I hope you are great and not melting ! Manipura.⁣ ⁣ Third day, third chakra with the Goddess pose.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Located between the navel and the solar plexus this chakra is the source of personal power, self confidence and wellbeing. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ A few practices for balancing this chakra: ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✨Work on your self confidence: set yourself some goals, as you work through them and tackle some challenges, your sense of confidence will increase ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✨Visualize: visualize how you want to be. We all know the « fake it until you make it », visualisation is a great powerful tool that anyone can use to get closer to what they wish. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✨RAM: chant the mantra sound ram ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ✨Kapalabhati pranayama: take a comfortable position. Inhale through the nose and quickly exhale through the nose as you draw your belly in. Don’t downgrade your dreams to fit your reality. Upgrade your conviction, attitude and skills to match your destiny. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ What is it that you want for yourself? I always aspired for freedom, for taking the lead of my life, for breaking free. This was very important to me, especially after dealing with traumas where my voice, feelings and freedom hadn’t been heard or respected. I embarked on a journey of self growth. I discovered the transformative power of yoga and of coaching years ago. The combination of both deeply changed my life. Yoga helped me not only move through difficult events, it also helped me to reconnect to my self, to reexperience what it is to be fully present. Through coaching, I was able to work on my limiting beliefs, to elevate my mindset and define clear steps to move forward, allowing me to open up to so many new opportunities. Deep inside I knew I wanted to trace my own path, to follow my heart, my intuition and make an impact, transforming people’s life through the power of coaching. I wanted to use my personal experience, coaching skills to accompany people on their personal growth journey, to help them reconnect to their self, to unleash their potential, to overcome their limiting beliefs and to show them that, whatever obstacle comes their way, they can still move forward. They can rise up again. They can break free. They can do anything. Today, what I do as a Mindset Coach comes from the bottom of my Heart. I enjoy each and every minute I spend with my clients. I feel blessed by all the people that I got to connect with, by all the people who trusted me and who decided to partner with me and take the lead of their life. I am grateful to see the progress and evolution they made. The challenges never end You will have to ascend new mountains Remember: Whatever life throws at you You can Rise Up You can Heal You can Grow You can decide to write a new Chapter of your Story I truly believe it, even thought it might be hard on the moment. But don’t lose hope. I did myself go through very difficult times and challenges and despite being very low, the mindset work as well as getting the right support helped me to start healing the wounds that were open, to take actions to slowly get back to rise up, on my own rhythm. It is possible.
