I’m extremely proud that our team is not only representing the project, but that I was able to put together the first penthouse deal for my buyer. The attention to detail being taken by the developer, with the guidance of @leroystreetstudio as architect, has created a boutique condo offering that I honestly believe Manhattan has never seen before. I’m thrilled and not surprised to see the energy and enthusiasm this project is receiving. Congrats to my friend and future neighbor on this special purchase.

Today we acquired the retail space at 160 Leroy in the West Village, which will serve as the long-term home for @hudsonadvisory and symbolizes a new chapter of growth and innovation for us. The space was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and is an architectural masterpiece that we are excited to bring to life. Situated just one block north of Google’s new office and the upcoming $1.3 billion new development at 570 Washington, we believe this neighborhood has an incredible future that aligns perfectly with our vision. We are committed to planting roots, deepening our relationships within this community, and “skating to where the puck is going to be…”

Consistently outperforming in our field is worth highlighting, but I’m most proud of the familial team culture we’ve created, the incredible business partner I have in @stephenferrara , and our reputation that affords us the opportunity to choose who we work for every day. Buying a house from the 1940s, and renovating and decorating from a distance, came with a new set of challenges. Fortunately we partnered again with design team @grisorostudio and architecture firm @builtinstudio , along with local expert @echo_construction_group , who executed the vision beautifully.
This house is another extension of the @hudsonadvisory brand, and a place where we hope to host many friends and clients over the years to come! 🍒
