Sunrise inversion at Mount Rainier ☁️
We had spent Friday evening and all day Saturday hiking around Mt. Rainier, most of the views hidden away in the fog. I decided to stay Saturday night for one more chance at seeing the mountain, but the weather forecast called for thick clouds and being discouraged, I didn’t set an alarm.
But around 4:30 am a mouse got into my engine, waking me up, so in my fear of the mouse eating wires it shouldn’t I decided to drive up to the sunrise spot just to get the mouse out.. and ended up above the clouds!
After waiting about 30 minutes, Mount Rainier started to glow and the valley below was filled with low clouds. It was one of the most beautiful things I’d ever seen and I spend the whole morning just enjoying snapping some pics and people watching.
I love how humans come together to enjoy the beauty of nature 🤍

Memories from a warmer time in Yosemite Valley 🏞️
Been staying at home a lot more this winter, so I’ve been combing through old photos to reshare.. but leaving on an international trip soon! So excited for new adventures ✨
Sensō-ji Temple in Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵
Wandering this area at night gives a new perspective on how beautiful the city of Tokyo really is. The streets are empty, the lights capture the details on the temple walls, and you can experience life without the hustle and bustle of the daily crowds.
Nara Deer Park is absolutely magical 🦌
Stay at one of the cozy lodges inside the park so you can explore early in the morning without the crowds of people.
Just remember to give the deer space and let them come to you, and only feed them the deer crackers you buy in the park 🤍
