The fulfillment of my job lays on helping people to find the best version of themselves. Being able to help them achieve their physical goals but more than that, have more quality of life and believe they can, is the most rewarding thing. Missing home and here’s a little bit what’s in my mind. ❤️
No, I didn’t have a perfect childhood and I definitely couldn’t have most of the things I wanted because money was always short, after all we were 4 adopted kids and 4 biological, so you can imagine hehehe…
But I was loved, I had a family and that was so fulfilling and looking back now, not having them around, I only wish I appreciate much more.
So many memories, good and bad.
I was one of the only ones doing well in school, hehehe… started working at 11 and I’m so thankful for the lessons and values my parents thought me.
They are my reason and I’ll always be thankful for what they did for me.
I rescued Hugo 5 years ago and he transformed my way of love. Truffle I rescued about 6 months ago after seeing a post of him in very bad health conditions after being found on the streets.
It’s a been a short time compared to a Hugo but it’s crazy how he bonded with me so quickly. Some would say I saved them when in reality I believe they saved me ❤️ 🐶 🐶
Only dog lovers can understand such love.

Love my mornings routine with my boys. This is something so crucial to me. Setting up good intentions and acknowledging things that I’m thankful for. It definitely plays a big role on helping staying balanced. Do you have a morning routine?
I needed a good warm up before jumping in a 32°F true ice bath. Needed that specially after 3h of tennis. Not bad soccer skills for a 200Lb guy huh?! 😅😅😅

Here are 2 exercises I always do prior to my back day. And I can’t stress enough on how important it is to do a proper mobility warm up before lifting anything heavy.
By doing so, you’re going to raise your heart rate, increase blood flow and muscle oxygenation as consequence. Flexibility will improve because joints are loosened up, lubricated and consequently will function more efficiently.
I always take 5-10min.

Just a reminder to you that we’re all going through something at some point in life. We just need to keep trying to find ways to grow and get stronger. Be grateful for the little things. Gratitude is a powerful feeling that puts you in such an amazing state. Feel it more often, put into practice now into 2024.
