You guys know I love the heat, sauna, sweat is my jam and I’m such a baby when it comes to cold so anything cryo scares me but I went for it today! I lasted 20 seconds but I’m proud of myself 😆 I alternated with sauna and running into cold plunge, alternating hot and cold expands cells and contracts them creating an amazing wringing out detox effect, I do this in the shower at home but this definitely took it to the next level, such a high! ❤️‍🔥❄️

Benihana Ginger Dressing Dupe 🫚🥗 1/2 white onion 1/2 garlic clove 1 inch knob of ginger or a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup avocado oil 1/4 cup rice vinegar 3 tbsp tamari 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 tsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp tomato paste Sea salt to taste 1 cube of ice Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Pour over crunchy greens and enjoy! #benihana #saladdressing #salad #healthyrecipes

This hormone-free, doctor formulated supplement is designed to support a healthy cycle, menstrual discomfort, mood, and energy.* 1lb wild salmon 2 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Sea salt and pepper Sprouted corn tortillas Avocado oil Sea salt 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp coconut sugar Thinly sliced mushrooms Thinly sliced cucumbers Thinly sliced cabbage Cilantro Cilantro Aioli: 1 cup vegan mayo 2 cloves garlic Zest of 1 lime 1 handful of cilantro Preheat oven to 450. Season salmon with oil, garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper. Roast for 20 min or until done. Set aside to cool. Combine red onion, vinegar, salt and sugar in small bowl and let sit to pickle at least 20 min. Combine aioli ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy and well combined. Brush tortillas with oil, season with salt and crisp in oven for a few min. Spread aioli on tortillas, followed by veg, salmon, pickled onion, cabbage and cilantro. Asparagus Parmesan Crisps 😋😋 Cheesy fries but better!! Looks kind of crazy when you pull them off but sooo worth it and a proper peek into spring 🌷 1 bunch of asparagus 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or pecorino 2 tbsp olive oil Sea salt and pepper Preheat oven to 425. Snap off ends of asparagus. Peel base of each spear. Blanch asparagus in salted water until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and cool. Toss in olive oil. Spread evenly on parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese over asparagus. Bake until cheese begins to brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. (Careful to watch not the cheese burn) take out if the oven and let cool. Peel off parchment, break into crisps and enjoy!
