Since I first started painting, i always wanted to make it out to LA and showcase my art in a big show. This dream was 6 years in the making, and I can't believe it finally happened. But it took so much hard work and perseverance. LA is a weird place man.. you can be so talented and they won't even give you a second glance unless you happen to rub shoulders with the Kendall Jenners and Justin Biebers of the world. It took me 2 years to find a venue for my show. All the galleries I talked to just brushed me off. They had no idea how many connections I actually had around the world who appreciate and collect my art work, or how expensive it is, or even care to hear my story/ journey. Some of them wouldn't even make eye contact with me or open my IG and check out my art when i would try to talk to them and pitch my show. So I just said fuck it, you know what, I'll do it myself. I curated the whole show by myself, all the way down to the music. Everything was paid out of pocket too, some even fronted by the homies. All of my best friends even flew out from all over to come help me. They got their hands dirty with me. We hung everything ourselves (a complicated feat), set everything up, cleaned, shipped art work, you name it. You guys know who you are. I fucking love you guys more than you'll ever know. Thank you also to everyone who flew out just to attend the show; from Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Canada, NYC, Miami, Russia, Seattle, Houston, Philly, you guys are so awesome and l'm beyond flattered and grateful for you. Anyways, I can talk forever about this. So sorry for the ramble. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for believing in me and making this all happen. We're fucking making it happen And the crazy thing is, this is just the beginning. God is amazing and does amazing things. Love you guys 💀❤️

Today is a very special day for me because 10 years ago on this exact day, my whole life changed. One of my favorite quotes is “Even when you gave up on God, he never gave up on you” I talked to him that day and asked him to change my life and give me a second chance and becoming someone. Cause back then, I didn’t even have 2 Pennie’s to rub together, let alone any ambition, direction, vision, etc. I made a deal with him that day. You help me figure out how to navigate this world, and help me figure out what my destiny is, and In return, I’ll make it my life mission to share my story with the world and inspire people to keep going. I mean seriously, if you knew what a piece of shit I was back then, you wouldn’t even believe me when I’d tell you where I’m at today. Im so blessed and so grateful. Thank you for letting me be a vessel for your word, through my art.. And thank you guys for coming along for the ride. And for liking my art. Revelations 💀❤️ Read Psalm 51. It’s in almost every single one of my paintings. LI LI LI LI 🚀

I think one of my most creative chapters was definitely when I lived in LA. Those 3 years I created some of the most personal and thought provoking body of work I’ve ever done. These are some of my favorite paintings from that collection, and you can see them in person at @zigorsalon in Kirkland. Igor is one of my best friends and he’s played a huge role in my personal progression over the years, as well as connecting me with God and helping me find my spirituality and swag haha. Love ya brotha 💀🤟🏼❤️ All of these pieces are available for purchase. Go check them out if you’re ever in Kirkland. Igor’s also the best hair stylist I’ve ever seen btw, so maybe kill 2 birds with 1 stone. 💎
