Academy Award winners, Grammy winners and a tattooed dude in a Merle Haggard t-shirt, drinking tequila and singing in keys that don’t exist. A very cool and special day as I had the privilege of working with these very talented and accomplished artists and storytellers — recording Maui’s new original song for MOANA 2. Love seeing Maui’s growth in the new film — it’s one thing to be a powerful DemiGod, but the real power is empowering others to believe in themselves and go for it — especially a certain young girl.
