A smoooth double w/80 kg. It’s no PR or anything, but lately I’ve been using lower weights to work on set up & technique, pausing & not lifting my butt so much off of the bench heh😅 I think it’s going pretty well so far, at least the feeling of the lifts are a looot better than it used to be. Also I really like these benches at the new gym because I can feel safe even withouth a spotter heheh😌. ⏩ Swipe for set number 4: 70kg x 4

Nice lift but arching a little too much. Back bones need to be flat on the bench if you wanna better bench.
