I’m also a big fan of green tea! I’m in a flare now, unfortunately, but I’ll definitely be resting up and using a lot of heating pads. Hope you’re well ❤️

My heating pad and bed that has vibration mode. Slight stretching after I'm warmed up and relaxed.

Sleep, sleep and more sleep along with a hot water bottle help me the most. 🙌

I find spending time in nature is important, in addition to shit loads of ginger tea and extra NAC ❤️
