Many Muay Thai fighters regularly experience FOMO, and it’s messing up their training and sabotaging their performance! Because “fear of missing out” makes you add MORE to your training regimen... Instead of confidently dialling some things back, while dialling other things up – depending on where you are in your fight camp, or your overall training plan. FOMO makes you indecisive, rendering you unable to “say no” to things that shouldn’t be your focus right now. It puts you in a mindset of, “I’m not doing enough”. You lose focus, and become triggered to fill a void… You do things out of agitation instead of taking deliberate action. For me, FOMO is a lack of confidence that you’re taking the right steps to achieve your goals. The truth is that everything you could possibly train, ISN’T your focus ALL the time. Good training is learning what to “say no” to, and putting your effort where it’s most productive… Instead of squandering it on either through DILUTED effort, or very often, CONFLICTING effort. Equally obsessing about the things that step you forward, and those that step you backward, leave you where you started – if you’re lucky. Train to consistently and confidently step forwards. TKO FOMO! If you’d like some help figuring out what to say no to and when, I’d love to help... Check out my Optimal Fight Camp Blueprint – linked in my bio.
Just do what coach tells you, stay in your lane and be the best soldier you can be. As a fighter, you are not autonomous. You are a robot. You do what you are programmed. The coaches job is to set strategy n protocol. That's why they are the coach and you are the fighter. Do as you're damn told and stop being distracted like a hyperactive hamster.

Fomo then could be sign of to much hurry or effort regarding of fear of losing confidence, it makes fighter over spend training in spesific only attribute that he/she believe can give winning over a match, a leverage. Everyone excited over power to knockout, but very interesting i heard from Mr lennox, you can knock people off canvas then u only learn one thing, that is u can ko people out.. but what if the ko doesnt come..than u better know how to box. This cannot be too late, it should be drilled when u first came out,
