I have slowly become such a morning person in the last year or two and it’s so fun because your morning pretty much gets to be all about you, whether that time lasts for ten minutes or two hours. I don’t know about you but the way I spend my morning dictates how the rest of my day will be! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are a few of my favorite ways to start the day off right, even if you only get a few minutes to yourself: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☀️ Drink water ☀️ Meditate ☀️ Movement ☀️ Gratitude journal ☀️ Wear something you feel good in ☀️ Morning walk ☀️ No emails or scrolling until you’ve been up for an hour ☀️ Smile at yourself in the mirror! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I swear these things make all the difference!! I am a happier, more mindful, and more successful person when I start each day with a few or all of these little practices 🦋 Try them out and see how it affects the rest of your day, then let me know how it went ✨
