Happy Chuseok …즐거운 추석 to all my korean friends. I am so glad to be with Julian and Maelle ! You can see on the picture that Julian has a bowl of green soup. We picked nettles from the garden to make a delicious, healthy soup. Julian also made a pesto with raw nettles, hazelnuts and olive oil.
