Today I needed food that would soothe the soul. Last night I marinated this piece of lamb in balsamic vinegar, sage, rosemary, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Today I drenched it in pesto and baked it for 20 minutes. I served it with sautéed brussel sprouts with goat cheese and bacon and my rosemary baked potato!
