Hey @vince I am a long time customer and fan but what is up with your customer service? I ordered a leather skirt express delivery and it has been more than a week and I have not received it. I eventually ordered a second skirt because I needed it ASAP. The first skirt has never showed up but your customer service says they can’t refund because I have not received it…but there is obviously an issue on your side and why should I have a credit card charge for a $600 leather skirt that I have never received? Plus your customer service phone line continuously says you are out of the office…NO ONE ever answers the phone and your email reps seem to only respond every other day. I just want this resolved in a way where it won’t be the last Vince purchase I ever make. VERY disappointed!
