What did you have for breakfast? Eggs have got to be one of the most versatile foods. Even if it’s a hit among the breakfast and brunch crowd, you can also have it for lunch, dinner and even as an afternoon snack. It can be prepared in a number of ways, from fried and omelette style to egg salad and deviled. But my favorite way to eat eggs has got to be in a quiche. With gluten allergy in mind I have prepared a crust using gluten free flour with a dash of salt and loads of butter for an incredible flaky finish.
