First picture I was just lifting and not tracking my diet. Second picture I started tracking my diet and eating a lot more protein. In 3 months I made so much progress. Lost over 10 pounds of fat and put on muscle. My macro split has been 45% carbs 30% protein 25% fat Consistency is key. I did eat a cheat meal about once a week.. but that’s okay.
