Life of two weeks in Margaret River region, with two little ones and at a very slow pace. It almost felt like we were living there, instead of being just tourists. The weather was a treat, crisp air and bright sun. As soon as Olivia woke up she’d run out in her pajamas. All of us managed to have a really relaxing and wind-down time, which wasn’t expected at all (since it’s our first trip with both kids).
I’m on a four-month sabbatical, as an extension of maternity leave. For the first time in life I feel that I have time, time that can be spent slowly. And that, I realize now, is the biggest luxury in life.

Sometimes we forget how a city grown child wants and needs to be near nature. She wants to touch the animals, the soil. She picks a ripe tomato from the vine and immediately puts into her mouth. She gently puts her ahead against a goat - the pure hearts are immediately connected.
@lodgeinthewoods thank you for showing us how to love and how to care. Take care of the animals, the trees, and yourselves. We will be back.
Compassionate, sweet, caring, funny, strong-minded and good-natured. From the moment we held you in our arms, you have been softening our hearts.
Everyday you fill our life with laughters and joy. Everyday we thank you for choosing us to love you.
We wish that you will always be yourself, to laugh, to love, and to be free.
Happy birthday Olivia.
Two wonderful weeks in Bali, celebrating husband's big 40th birthday. 🎂 🎉 We also announced to our family that Olivia is going to have a little brother. 👶☺️ Olivia had learned to point to my belly and say "baby" and that's so sweet. 🥰 Family is growing!
