Out of the many advertisements I've worked on over the years, this one remains closest to my heart. We all have moments of uncertainty in our lives, some big and some small. This film took a pretty sensitive moment and handled it beautifully, I think. The credit for that goes to our director @arunfilms for his vision and treatment of the film and @dhamijahimman sir, who our the DOP on this project! Welcome back to Shirtless Chef people!!! This is a super simple recipe for a smoothie, though might I add, super delicious and full of Protein!! 💪😀 You need- 1/4th of a watermelon. 1 and half scoops of the Studd Muffyn Wheyliscious Strawberry Twirl Protein or a complementary protein of your choice. 1/2 a cup of water First, just start with putting the watermelon into the blender and adding the water. Then put 1 and a half scoops of the protein to the mix and blend! You're done! It's that easy! 😀 My go to Protein here is - Studd Muffyn - Wheyliscious Strawberry Twirl Protein Available only on @studdmuffyn @paraskenuskhe If you guys end up trying it, do let me know how it goes for you! You'd think having an honest and open conversation with the camera rolling is probably impossible, evidently not when you're talking to your best friend! 😀 @parastomar and I have had this conversation quite a few times where he's spoken to me about the idea of having a kid and how it's so difficult for so many reasons. Well, while having the same discussion this time, we figured, why not have this conversation in front of the camera, maybe get a few more ideas and your point of view on the matter too. Let me start off by saying, these turned out delicious, I devoured them in like 5 minutes! Beautiful! ❤️ Ingredients:- 2 Tablespoons Oats 1 Medium Ripe Banana 2 Eggs 1 Scoop Protein (optional) I started off with dry ingredients. So put the oats and protein in a blender and blend till it's a fine powder. Protein is optional, otherwise only oats would do. You can add a pinch of salt, cinnamon or nutmeg as per taste. Take 1 banana and mash it up with a fork in a bowl. Once done add 2 eggs to it and mix it well. Then add the dry ingredients to it and mix it up. That makes the batter. Heat up a pan on medium heat and add some oil. Then pour in the batter. Wait for just the sides to start getting cooked and flip it. Waiting too long will make the pancakes go brown. And that's it. Pancakes, nice and easy. Should make about 3-4. Protein I used:- Dymatize - Iso 100 - Cinnamon Bun @dymatize @dymatizeindia

This quarantine is clearly making us all try some new things in life. So here's another first, guessing this qualifies as a food vlog! Hehe. So this is a milkshake I make pretty often, it's fairly simple. You need- 2 bananas 2 tablespoons of quick cooking oats 1 and half scoops of protein of your choice 3/4 glass of milk I like to blend the oats and powder together first, so that the shake is more consistent and there are no solid pieces of oats in the shake. My go to Protein - Dymatize - Iso100 @dymatize @dymatizeindia Fudge Brownie and Cinnamon Bun are both gorgeous flavours! It's an isolate, so it's very light on the stomach and is absorbed much quicker by the body, with higher quality and percentage of proteins and fewer carbs as compared to a whey concentrate or blend. Additional options as per taste - Drinking chocolate Coffee Honey Peanut Butter Chia Seeds/Pumpkin Seeds, and the like. If you're trying to stay away from dairy, you can easily substitute the milk with soy or almond milk as well! Well, if you guys do end up trying it, do let me know how it goes for you!
