最近気温がめちゃくちゃで 何を着ればいいのか迷う日々。 でも今朝は寒かったから 秋までお預けかなーと思っていた MACKINTOSH✖︎DORMEUILの薄手コートが着れた❤︎ 昼過ぎには暑くてTシャツ1枚になってたけど😂 outer @mackintoshofficial @dormeuiljapon pants @jamesperse Tshirt @aton_tokyo boots @jilsander bag @oldceline Recently, the weather has been unpredictable so I'm not sure what to wear these days. It was cold this morning but fortunately I was able to wear my light coat from MACKINTOSH✖︎DORMEUIL which I thought I’d have to wait until autumn to wear. However, by the afternoon it became hot so I ended up just wearing a T-shirt😂

イチゴ探索隊🍓 いちごの香りにつられてずっとイチゴ畑の周りをぐるぐる。 テッテケテー🐕

京都では毎日畑で採ったイチゴとスナップエンドウをいただきました。 畑からとってすぐいただくと 体からパワーがみなぎる！ ばあちゃんみたいな90歳になりたいから土食べる勢いで採れたていただきました💪🏼 夏に向けてナスやトマトの苗植えもしてきました🍆🍅

GW最後は親友パパの別荘へ🌳 ちっちゃい時から可愛がってもらってるパパママと 久しぶりにゆっくり話せて幸せな時間だった✨

ラニちゃん。 大きくてかっこよくて、優しいラニ。 大きいから両手でギュッとしたくなる。 あったかいんだわ。 皮膚もムニムニしてる部分が気持ち良くってずっと触っちゃう。 あーワンちゃんってなぜこんなに可愛いの。 ラニにお手してもらったんだけど お手は鷲が腕に止まったかなと 思うくらいの衝撃だった🦅😂 My dear Lani, You are big, handsome, and sweet. You are huggable so I want to hold you in my arms. And you are also warm. Your skin is very soft so I can’t stop touching you! Ahh… Why are dogs so cute? He gave me his paw and I got shocked. It was like an eagle landing on my arms. Lol

91歳の旦那のばあちゃんが一年前から 通い始めたリハビリセンターに付き添いに。 いつも元気だけど、 色々痛いところはあったり、 何年か前にも膝の手術をしたりで、 歩くスピードはゆっくりなばあちゃん。 週2で通うリハビリセンターで どんなことをしているのか気になってたし 応援しに行こうと軽い気持ちで行ったんだけど、 衝撃がはしった！ 私がジムでやっているような、 動きはゆっくりだけど地味に辛いトレーニングをしてた。 私びっくりして、、 自転車漕ぐのも3台あるうちの1番負荷が重い自転車に 自らチャレンジしてたり。 旦那と2人でびっくりしながら見てたら リハビリの方にいつも頑張ってるんですよって 教えてもらった。 そして何がびっくりって、 1時間しっかり運動して家帰って じいちゃんに夕飯作ってた。 年齢はただの数字なんだね、 いつだって自分次第。 大切なこといつも教えてくれる 大好きなばあちゃん💪🏼 I visited the rehabilitation center where my 91 year old grandma has started attending. She is always in good health but has various aches and pains, also having a knee operation a few years ago. Ever since that knee surgery, her walking pace had slowed down. I’ve been wondering what she does at that rehab facility twice a week. I went there light heartedly to try and cheer her up, but I was shocked when I arrived! I was really surprised to see her doing a slow but intense workout, similar to what I do at the gym. I was so stunned to see her trying to pedal a bike up to the 3rd highest gear! My husband and I watched her in total amazement. The physiotherapist told us that she is always trying her best. The most amazing thing for me though was that after an hour of solid exercise, she went home and cooked dinner for my grandpa. Age is just a number. It's always up to you. She always taught me what's important. I love you grandma❤️
